You wanted an easy way to create mind maps on iPad and we created it!
Meet SpiderScribe Jr. – the younger brother of SpiderScribe that provides an alternative that works on your iPad. While SpiderScribe Jr. can not exchange maps with SpiderScribe (yet), and it is still in its first version, it already packs some features you may like:
- You do not need to register an account to use it. Just install it and start brainstorming!
- You can use it offline – all your maps are stored locally on your iPad
- You can easily email your maps to others as pictures.
You can download SpiderScribe Jr. for iPad from Apple App Store.
Any plans for an Android version?
Yes, but not right now.
do you plan to add synchro between desktop app and ipad app (to be able to work with the map on both platforms)?
Yes, but not right now.
the app is great, exactly what i’m look for: a free flow note taking app.
here is my suggestions…
。 on the top of directed graph, is it possible to create bidirectional edge and undirected edge?
。 similarily, is it possible to have weight or simple text on the edge? (or have two kind of textbox, one for object and one for relationship)
。 can have straight arrow instead of curved one?
if the above features are added, the app can a better real-life application. for example, it can be used for relationships analysis, or record task dependency.
the color doesn’t work
Are you still planning on making an Android compatible app like the one for the iPad?
We plan to look into it.
