SpiderScribe update: Duplicate Map feature added

June 8, 2011

If you want to use a map as a template for another one, now you can do so. Using the “Duplicate Map” feature you can copy the content of an existing map into a new one.

If I copy and paste the link to a mind map in an e-mail, can the recipient make changes in the map or only read?

Also, does the same apply if the link is embedded in within a website?

Thanks.
Seems like a great tool with many uses!!!

They will only be able to read it, not edit (assuming the map is not private). Same with embedded maps.
Only people specifically added as Editors to the Share section can edit the map (besides the author).
